The Mahindra Construction Equipment Division (MCE), a division of the Mahindra Group, has introduced the CEV-V range of machines. These machines are poised to redefine the standards in their respective categories by providing advanced features, increased comfort, increased productivity, and performance, all while ensuring compliance with the most recent industry standards.
Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head – Truck and Bus & Construction Equipment at Mahindra & Mahindra, stated during the event that Mahindra’s dedication to the Make in India initiative is exemplified by its consistent endeavors to introduce state-of-the-art products and technologies, as well as its emphasis on local manufacturing. Mahindra’s commitment to the sustainability objectives established by the Government of India is further reinforced by the introduction of the new CEV-V line of construction equipment.
The Mahindra EarthMaster SX Backhoe Loader and Mahindra RoadMaster G100 motor grader have been recently upgraded to meet CEV-V emission standards with higher-powered engines. The RoadMaster G100, a high-powered motor grader, is engineered to comply with the upcoming CEV-V emission standards. It is an exceptional grader for road construction, particularly on state and national arteries, due to its 440 Nm torque and 102 HP engine. The new EarthMaster SX also adheres to the CEV-V emission regulations. A 74 HP engine, a new, larger, and more comfortable compartment, and iMAXX telematics technology are all features of this versatile backhoe loader, which guarantees enhanced performance and efficiency.
In addition to delivering increased torque, the new EarthMaster Backhoe Loader boasts a new, larger, more capacious, and ergonomic cabin that is designed to ensure operator comfort and productivity during extended working hours. Similarly, the new RoadMaster motor grader, which possesses a market share of over 22% and is a market leader in its category, is engineered to provide even greater force in order to expedite road construction projects. Additionally, Mahindra EarthMaster Backhoe Loaders are establishing new industry standards in the CEV-V era by offering customers unparalleled performance, uptime, and efficiency through innovative and pioneering guarantees.
· 48-hour uptime guarantee or INR 1000 per day compensation · Guaranteed highest productivity per liter in standard mode
· Ensure the highest possible fuel efficiency in standard mode
Furthermore, MCE will maintain the CEV-V versions of the current machinery, including the Mahindra EarthMaster SXe Backhoe Loader range with a 55HP engine and the Mahindra RoadMaster G90 and G80 graders with 74HP engines.
MCE, a division of the Mahindra Group, offers Motor Graders in the Road Building Machinery Segment and Backhoe Loaders in the Earthmoving Segment. The CE product line has been designed to meet the needs of the Indian market, with the overarching principle of “Made in India, Made for India.” It is currently being produced at the new greenfield facility in Chakan, Pune. MCE presently occupies the top spot in the Motor Grader segment, having manufactured more than 15,000 machines throughout India.
The customer’s anxiety regarding costly repairs is alleviated by the two-year, 4000 hour warranty that these devices come with. The after-sales service and consumables network of MCE has been rapidly expanded to 115+ Touchpoints, which includes over 50 3S Dealerships, 15 Saathi+ Authorized service centers, and a spares network of over 50 retail outlets. The support network’s reach and agility are further enhanced by the 50+ SPEV mobile service vehicles and mobile workshops. The Company is of the opinion that the introduction of the first-of-its-kind disruptive and unique Customer Value Proposition “Assured Highest Productivity per Liter of Diesel” for their CEV-V 74HP range of Backhoe Loaders – Mahindra EarthMaster SX and SXe series, was not a better time, given the spiraling fuel prices.
